We offer different types of shipping on our products:
Motor Freight Shipping: Items weighing 150 pounds or
more (over the limit for UPS) will be delivered by Motor Freight. We
offer several tiers of Motor Freight Shipping service and applicable
charges vary by product and by tier of service. Use the shipping link on
the product detail page to review your Motor Freight Shipping options.
Standard Shipping: Items under 150 lbs, that are not
irregular in shape or size, will be delivered by UPS or USPS. See the
chart in the Standard Shipping section below.
Miscellaneous: Certain items may be subject to
additional charges related to size, weight, or hazardous material
restrictions. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change
without notice.
Delivery Time: The shipping estimates displayed on
product pages (example: “Ships in 1 to 3 Business Days”) indicate when
we expect the product to ship from our factory, not when you will
receive it. Transit time will vary depending on the product, the
shipment method, and your location. If we are unable, for any reason, to
ship in the estimated timeframe, we will contact you by email. Once the
product ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will
allow you to track your shipment.
Rush Delivery: Expedited delivery is available for
selected items. Please see the Standard shipping chart for shipping
details and charges. Rush delivery is not available for items shipped
via motor freight. Most expedited shipments arrive within 2 business
days of when they ship from our warehouse (not from the date item is
ordered).
Changes to Delivery After Shipment: Any request to
change the delivery address or type of delivery service that is made
after your product ships will be subject to a re-consignment fee. If you
request a re-consignment, we will obtain a quote from the carrier and
get your approval before finalizing the re-consignment and charging you
for it.
Returns: If a product is returned, customer is
responsible for normal shipping charges from their delivery address.

Motor Freight Shipping
Items over 150 lbs. are shipped via motor freight due to their size and
weight. We offer four delivery tiers for items shipped via motor
freight. See the shipping charges listed in the shipping tab of each
product’s description page. If ordering online, you will be prompted to
choose your preferred delivery option during checkout. Note that rush
delivery is not available for items shipped via motor freight.
Your home must be accessible by tractor-trailer and someone
must be home to accept delivery. A driveway is considered
“accessible” if it a) has no overhanging trees, b) has no
power lines, c) contains no culverts or bridges, and d) will
allow the truck to make a full turn-around. If the driveway
isn’t accessible the delivery will be made at the base of
the driveway.
The truck driver is not required to unload your shipment.
Additional fees may apply if the driver unloads your
machine. (If you MUST have the machine unloaded for you,
please select the Liftgate Service option.)
On the day of delivery, we recommend you have a couple of
sturdy 10-foot planks (2" thick x 10" wide) plus 1-2 helpers
to assist you in unloading your machine.

The carrier will usually provide a 3-4 hour delivery window
(for example, 8am to Noon).
Your machine will be removed from the truck by the driver
and placed on the ground.
Someone must be available to accept delivery and the home or
business location must be accessible to a tractor-trailer. A
driveway is considered “accessible” if it a) has no
overhanging trees, b) has no power lines, c) contains no
culverts or bridges, and d) will allow the truck to make a
full turn-around. If the driveway isn’t accessible the
delivery will be made at the base of the driveway.

bridges, and d) will allow the truck to make a full turn-around. If the driveway isn't accessible

Rush delivery is not available on oversized freight shipments.

a delivery time. The carrier will usually provide a 3-4 hour delivery window (for example, 8am to

For customers unable to accept delivery at their homes, we offer these
alternative delivery options:
We ship to hundreds of trucking terminals across the U.S.
During checkout, submit your zip code to see a list of the
trucking depots close to you and choose the most convenient.
When picking up at a depot, you will need an open-bed pickup
truck or trailer to accommodate your machine. Most depots
will load your machine into your vehicle.

The business you select must have a loading and off-loading
facility and accept delivery during normal business hours.
You must make arrangements with the business to accept your
delivery and determine if they will require Liftgate Service
(if they do, you must select Liftgate Service).
Business locations might include feed stores, lumber yards,
building and supply centers, etc.

Standard Shipping
Most standard-sized items ship by UPS or USPS and take 3-12 business
days to arrive. Total the cost of ALL items in your order subject to
Standard Shipping (exclude items over 150 lbs which ship by Motor
Freight), then use the chart below to figure shipping. The charges
will be automatically calculated when you place your order online.
