Any product purchased directly from DR Power Equipment may be returned within six months (30 days for commercial use) of its ship date. If you are not fully satisfied, simply send it back for an exchange or a full refund of the product's original price (less shipping and handling). In addition, for any DR-brand product(1), we will also refund your original shipping charges. (Original shipping reimbursement applies to the 48 contiguous United States only.) You are responsible only for the return shipping charge(2). Customer is responsible for observing Return Policy and Procedures below.

(2) Return Shipping Charge:
For return shipping, customer will be offered our standard shipping services and price options. (For services and rates click here.) The cost of return shipping shall be deducted from customer's refund. DR Power Equipment is not responsible for any portion of return shipping costs arranged by customer independently without proper return authorization.

Warranty Information

All DR®-brand power equipment and DR®-brand attachments and accessories are protected against defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary and normal use, for a period of two years (90 days for commercial use) from the product's shipping date. In addition, all NEUTON®-brand power equipment and NEUTON®-brand attachments and accessories are protected against defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary and normal use, for a period of two years (90 days for commercial use) from the product's shipping date.
1-Year Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the materials that arrive with your product, all other products we offer are protected against defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary and normal use, for a period of one year (90 days for commercial use) from the product's shipping date.
DR® Power Equipment may opt to repair, replace, or issue a refund for products that are defective or have sustained damage in shipping. Replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer. If DR® Power Equipment chooses to accept a return under Warranty, you may return the defective or damaged product only after you call and receive a Return Authorization from DR® Power Equipment. You will also receive a refund for your original shipping charges, and DR® Power Equipment will arrange and pay for your return shipping charges.
